Store Policy

Please note that all orders may take 1-2 business days to ship. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping by 1-2 more business days. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you!

We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been packed for shipping. 

Double Check that your phone number & email are correct. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We do NOT give out phone numbers and emails.

We ship via USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information! A re-shipping fee may apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.


We hope you LOVE your purchase and most likely you will, but just in case…

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition (no pet hair, makeup/deodorant stains or smoke smell) with tags attached within 14 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt, for store credit only. All sale items are final! All other items may be returned for store credit only with in the 14 day period from shipping date with original receipt. All mailed returns are at your own expense or you may make returns in person at our storefront with no additional cost.

If you feel you received a defective item or the wrong item, please call us right away! Damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Any damaged item returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item, if that item is not available a refund will be issued.

We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to a fast pace moving inventory and quantity of items. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. Orders that do not meet the 14 day return policy will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Your package will be returned to you at your expense if this happens. If your return qualifies you will received store credit that needs to be used in-store or if you see something on the website you will need to call the store to make your purchase in order to use the credit (our system at the moment does not allow for credit to be used on the website, hopefully this will change in the near future). Thank you for your understanding, we will make it right with you :-) 

We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us. Once the items have been received & inspected your store credit will be issued and you will receive an email with your credit amount. 

No cash refunds will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In Store Pickup:

In-store pickup is available as a shipping option but payment must be made online at the time of checkout. Simply select "Store Pickup" as a shipping option at checkout for FREE. Orders will be available for pickup 2 hours after the order is placed. Orders not picked up after 3 days (unless otherwise notified of later pickup) you will be contacted for shipping information and shipping will be at your expense. If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking up, please notify us by commenting on your order form or by emailing or calling us.
